One well known building component manufacturer had bought a large and complex new production line but were achieving a very low overall efficiency. SMS were asked to look at the problems and following a detailed assessment were awarded a contract to re-write and reconfigure the automation system The result was a decrease in product cycle time and improvement of OEE to over 90%. |
