We have designed machines and subsystems for many clients – our speciality is motion control based machines using AC Drives,stepper or servo actuation. Our in-depth knowledge of motion control mechanisms and software allows us to discuss and develop the user’s requirements so that they can have greater confidence that the design will meet their needs.
Following an order we produce a detailed Functional Design Specification with a Risk Assesment so that the customer has a very clear idea of what the machine will achieve and how it will be achieved. We use a very clear and thorough methodology for factory testing and quality control. Our engineers are able to install and commision machines on site and carry out method statements and risk asessments where necessary and have a good understanding of PUWER and CE compliance.
