We've built many machines for a variety of different purposes, from small single process machines to highly involved machines that need to fit into a customer's existing system.

A big part of our business is producing custom machines that perform complex motion control – often they stand alone and occasionally they fit into a customer’s larger automated production system. We’ve made machines for many sectors; our main customers over the last few years have been in food and beverage, nuclear fuels, glass production and embellishment, metal fabrication, construction and entertainment.

We employ a range of techniques to ensure that the motion control elements are suited to the process whether that’s using a discrete automation solution, robotics or a combination of the two. We can build machines involving a large number of axes that are able to perform precise operations repeatedly. We are also able to be flexible in the parts used to meet your specification, ensuring that compatibility with your current protocols and in-house brand requirements are met at the design and concept phase.

We also ensure that we are able to support you with your new machine – user training, documentation and handover are some of the most important steps.

We are accredited for our Quality Systems in Design, Manufacture, Commission and Installation of Custom Machines through ISO9001:2015.
