Rotation Example: Rotary indexing tables
Fast indexing tables create a fantastic base for multi-stage processing or automation. Forming a number of stations around a central pivoting system allows for a number of different processes to be achieved in a fraction of the space a linear system would allow.
This also allows for a single machine to produce a number of different outputs depending on the program and which stages the subject will call at and be processed. With the addition of a number of Cartesian and even articulated automation at the stations indexing table systems can be at the heart of a huge range of automation projects.
